I offer telehealth therapy only.
Many clients prefer online sessions because they are convenient, easy, accessible, and time-efficient.
I use a secure and confidential online portal (HIPAA compliant) to meet with clients. You will receive a link to join before your appointment.
You only need a device and a private space from anywhere in Minnesota. That’s the convenience of telehealth!

Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially at the beginning. Meeting weekly helps build trust, keeps things consistent, and gives us the momentum to dive deeper into your healing process.
That said, bi-weekly sessions might work better for you depending on your goals, progress, or schedule—whatever feels right. We’ll figure out what frequency best fits your needs and can always adjust as we go.
-

-
This is a chance for us to get to know each other in a casual, no-pressure way—so no need to stress!
We’ll go over the intake paperwork, chat about what brought you here, your goals, and how I can best support you.
By the end of our session, you’ll have a clear treatment plan and a good sense of what working together will look like.
Sessions typically run about 50-55 minutes.
